Im Ollie and was born in and lived in around London all my life.

Q: When did you join WeAreHQ and who on the team are you connected
to?
I was asked to join the Team at the end of 2009. I was invited to get involved by AL.

Q: What are you bringing to the team?

I bring to the team love for all things creative. I started in fine art at 6thform and college and gradually moved into photography and Design. I have a really broad taste. I’m also an avid blogger.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?

Working for a small but quirky design company or ideally running my own.

Q: The one thing you would do if you had unlimited resources?

Would love to own a shop with a small gallery as well that’s always been a dream of mine.

Q: If you could meet anyone (dead or alive) who would it be and why?

Andy Warhol or Miles Davis. Both are amazingly creative people the emotion that comes out of Davis’s music is amazing and Warhol, mainly because there’s so many questions I would like to ask him, as well as his role in how we now see art in such a different way to a century or two ago.

Q: Describe your perfect Sunday?

Waking up with good memories of the night before, whilst having a bit of a lie in. Then having a walk about London with a camera and a sketch book then meeting mates for a couple of quiet drinks and a huge roast dinner.

Q: What was your first music album you can remember buying?

I cant remember off the top of my head what the first album I myself ever bought but I remember some where between the age of 7 and 10 being given a Louis Armstrong greatest hits album by a family friend who was a jazz musician and I loved it

Q: What’s your most treasured possession?

My Pentax P30

Q: Where do you call home?

London

Q: Give us a random fact about you?

I’m pretty clumsy at times, I tripped over a door skirting this summer and fell through a green house, I ended up losing 2 and half pints of blood had about 50 stitches in 3 place in my arm and hand and then had to have Nerve Graft Surgery to try and regain the feeling in part of my left and as I severed a nerve. Whooops.

Q: Finish the sentence “London needs…..

More home grown talent instead of imported talent.
